• Users must be 13 years or older, and be accompanied by an adult, in order to use the sauna.
• Individuals with medical conditions or those who are pregnant should consult a physician before use.

• Pre-use consultation: Users with medical conditions, high blood pressure, or cardiovascular issues must seek medical advice prior to use.
• Hydration: Users must be well-hydrated before entering the sauna.
• Duration: Limit sauna sessions to 15 minutes to avoid dehydration and overheating.
• Cool Down: Users must allow their body to cool down after each session. We also recommend entering cold water slowly after the sauna.

• Appropriate attire: Swimwear or a towel must be worn. No street clothes or shoes are allowed inside the sauna.
• Cleanliness: Users must shower before entering the sauna. Please bring your own towel to sit on and maintain personal hygiene.
• Noise levels: Keep noise to a respectful level to ensure a relaxing environment for all users.
• Respect privacy: No photography or recording devices are allowed in the sauna without special permission. Respect the privacy of other users.

• Alcohol and drugs: Consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during sauna use is prohibited.
• Food and drink: No food or drink is allowed inside the sauna.

• Personal responsibility: Users are responsible for their own safety and wellbeing. Hot Huts Pty Ltd is not liable for any injuries or health issues resulting from sauna use.
• Damage: Users are responsible for any damage caused to the sauna or its equipment.

• Booking and cancellations: Bookings must be made in advance where applicable. Cancellations should be made in accordance with our cancellation policy (click here to read).
• Access: Sauna access is restricted to authorised users only. Unauthorised access is prohibited.
• Maintenance: The facility reserves the right to close the sauna for maintenance or other operational reasons.

• Personal Information: Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. We use it only for operational and safety purposes.

• Changes: Hot Huts Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
