Bio-hacking is the latest international trend and micro-stressing the cells in order to reset the body's central nervous system and improve circulation is just one excellent example. Regular exposure to heat (saunas and steam rooms) and cold (cold water swimming, ice baths) are two ways to achieve this - another reason why Cape Town, with its icy waters, is the perfect location for our portable sauna room.

Participation in outdoor events is growing, and people, young and old, are turning to traditional ways of helping their bodies recover from their sporting activities.

In addition to open water swimming meets, our mobile sauna will be found at outdoor events, such as cycling and mountain bike meets, triathlons, and retreats – anywhere in Cape Town that the warm healing benefits of a mobile sauna bath are needed and appreciated.
