A wood-burning oven heats the sauna. The temperature ranges between 70-90℃.

Our Hot Hut was crafted by a master Finnish sauna builder and is made with imported Norwegian Spruce. It is wood-fired, and the bed of exposed rocks will provide steam with a sprinkle of water. The wide postbox window will give you a view from both the upper and lower seating levels.

We will provide bags for you to leave your keys, wallet and phone in, and we will keep them safe. Storage is limited, so please leave the rest of your things in your car.
A sauna is too hot and too dry for most microorganisms. Most bacteria die in temperatures between 50–60℃. / 122–140℉. Our sauna is hotter than this - typically 70℃/ 158℉.
Just to keep things ultra-hygienic we wipe down the benches with non-toxic anti-bacterial wipes between sessions and the design of the sauna includes proper ventilation so mould won’t be an issue.
